A delivery update during the ongoing Covid-19 situation
We partner with Royal Mail and their agents around the world for the delivery of customer orders. As you can probably imagine, with the combined effects of less staff available and many, many more parcels to deliver, they are currently experiencing delays in all of their services.
This means that we are seeing delivery times of roughly double what we would normally expect, so we would ask that before you call or email about your order please check our Payment & Delivery page for the expected delivery time and if we’re still in that delivery window please continue to wait.
Not having to deal with those calls and emails will help us to concentrate on getting stock levels back to normal and will help us to despatch orders as quickly as we would wish to.
